You can sign up using Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email and password via Firebase Authentication. Provide accurate information when registering. Each person should maintain only one account, and accounts may not be shared with others or created by bots or automated methods.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected].
You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings > Data & Privacy > Delete Account and All Data) or by contacting us. When you delete your account, your data is removed from our active systems. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention after deletion.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used for abusive purposes. If we need to do this, we will attempt to notify you and explain why, unless doing so would be impractical or would compromise the security of other users. Suspension or termination does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid, except where required by applicable law.
↑ Back to topThe Tasks, Appointments, lists, notes, and any other content you create in TimeFinder belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your content, use it to train machine learning models, or sell it to third parties.
By using TimeFinder, you grant us a limited license to store, process, sync, and display your content as needed to provide the service. For example, we need this license to sync your Tasks across your devices, to display your Appointments in your schedule, and to back up your data. This license exists solely to operate the service and ends when you delete your content or your account.
You are responsible for the content you store in TimeFinder. Do not use the app to store content that is illegal or that violates the rights of others.
You can export your data from within the app at any time. We support data portability.
↑ Back to topTimeFinder offers a free tier with core features and paid subscription plans that unlock additional functionality. Subscriptions are available as monthly, yearly, or lifetime plans. Pricing and plan details are displayed in the app before you purchase.
TimeFinder may offer a free trial period for paid features. The duration and terms of the trial are displayed before you start it. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the price shown when you started the trial.
Subscriptions are purchased and billed through the platform's app store (Apple App Store, Google Play, or the equivalent for your platform). TimeFinder does not collect or store your payment information directly; all payment processing is handled by the app store.
For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store:
Similar auto-renewal terms apply for Google Play and other platforms, as governed by their respective terms.
A lifetime subscription lasts for the lifetime of the TimeFinder product. If TimeFinder is ever permanently discontinued, your lifetime subscription ends at that point.
We may adjust subscription pricing from time to time. Any price changes will not affect your current subscription period. You will see the new pricing before your next renewal and can cancel if you prefer not to continue at the new price.
Subscriptions are managed and billed directly by the app store you purchased through. TimeFinder, LLC has no ability to cancel your subscription or issue a refund on the store's behalf. Use the platform links below:
If you run into trouble with a store-side request, email [email protected] and we will help however we can.
↑ Back to topTimeFinder includes an optional AI Assistant that can help with scheduling, task organization, and productivity questions. Key points:
TimeFinder lets you connect optional third-party services to enhance your workflow:
These integrations are entirely optional and only operate when you choose to enable them. When you connect a service, TimeFinder stores the credentials and sync metadata needed to keep the integration working. For Zapier, this also includes first-party OAuth grants and webhook subscription records so your enabled Zaps can authenticate and receive instant trigger deliveries. You can disconnect any integration at any time from Settings.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or data practices. If a third-party service changes or discontinues its API, the corresponding integration in TimeFinder may be affected.
↑ Back to topTimeFinder is intended for personal productivity use. The following are prohibited:
If we become aware of activity that violates these guidelines, we may take appropriate action, including suspending the account involved.
↑ Back to topTimeFinder's software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by TimeFinder, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TimeFinder for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms and your active subscription (if applicable).
This license does not grant you rights to our source code, algorithms, or underlying technology. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved.
As stated above, you retain all ownership rights to the content you create in TimeFinder. All parties' intellectual property rights are respected under these Terms.
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas (through Featurebase, email, or any other channel), we may use them to improve TimeFinder without obligation to compensate you. We will never publicly attribute feedback to you without your permission.
↑ Back to topTimeFinder is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that TimeFinder will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
We aim to keep TimeFinder available and reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The app may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control (infrastructure outages, natural disasters, etc.).
We regularly update TimeFinder with new features, improvements, and bug fixes. Some updates may change or remove features. Significant changes are communicated in advance through release notes or in-app notifications where possible.
AI-generated suggestions and outputs are provided for informational purposes only. They may be inaccurate or incomplete. You should not rely on AI outputs for critical decisions without independent verification.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TimeFinder, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of TimeFinder.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of TimeFinder shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law, and the disclaimers and limitations above apply only to the extent permitted.
You agree to indemnify and hold TimeFinder, LLC harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of any third party's rights, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
↑ Back to topNothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot be waived under your local law. Where these Terms conflict with mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction, the local law prevails.

How to cancel subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google. If you purchased your TimeFinder subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, those platforms are the merchant of record for your transaction. To stop auto-renewal or request a refund, you must use the platform's own tools:
Sending a withdrawal notice by email to TimeFinder, LLC preserves your statutory right of withdrawal for legal purposes, but it does not and cannot stop the store from renewing your subscription. To actually prevent the next charge, you must turn off auto-renewal through the store using the links above. If a store-side cancellation or refund request is declined and you believe you are entitled to withdraw under EU law, contact us at [email protected] and we will help however we can within the constraints of the platform.
If you are a consumer in Germany: at the end of the initial subscription term, your subscription extends for an indefinite period unless you cancel before the initial term expires. After extension, you may terminate monthly by giving notice before the end of any calendar month. We will send you a reminder before any automatic extension.
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. You can use this platform to resolve disputes related to online purchases.
If you are a consumer in the UK, you have a legal right to cancel online contracts within 14 days of entering into them. The exercise and effects of cancellation mirror the EU withdrawal rights described above.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or remedy that you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer law that cannot be excluded or limited.
If you are a consumer in Brazil, you have a 7-day right of regret from the date the contract was entered into, provided the service has not yet been fully performed. To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected].
The legal guarantee of conformity for services applies as provided by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code: 30 days for non-durable services and 90 days for durable services, starting from the end of service performance.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, condition, warranty, right, or remedy you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or similar state or territory legislation that cannot be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for a breach of a non-excludable right is limited to re-performing the service or paying the cost of having it re-performed.
↑ Back to topIf you have a dispute or concern, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 21 days. Your right to take legal action is not affected by reaching out to us first.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
However, if the law of the country where you live provides higher consumer protection standards, those higher standards prevail.
For users in the United States, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
For consumers in the EU, UK, Switzerland, Norway, or Iceland, the courts of your country of residence have jurisdiction as required by applicable consumer law.
↑ Back to topWe may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Changes take effect from the date we communicate them. Your continued use of TimeFinder after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may stop using the service and close your account.
If we ever need to permanently discontinue TimeFinder, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and give you a way to export your data before the service goes offline.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. It is part of your agreement with us.
If we do not enforce a particular provision of these Terms, that does not mean we waive our right to enforce it in the future.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or removed if modification is not possible.
For consumers in the EU: if a provision is found void, invalid, or unenforceable, we will work together in good faith to agree on a valid replacement. If we cannot agree, the applicable statutory provisions apply.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TimeFinder, LLC regarding your use of TimeFinder. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, provided the successor honors these Terms. We will notify you of any such transfer. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written permission.
All questions, notices, and communications regarding these Terms should be sent to [email protected].
