A few useful details.

How is TimeFinder different from a calendar?

TimeFinder gives your to-dos a place in your day. Drag tasks into time blocks, rearrange them directly, and shift your schedule as plans change. Calendar sync brings your existing events into the picture.

Can I use it with my calendar and task lists?

TimeFinder supports calendar sync, Apple Reminders, and integrations with Todoist, TickTick, Google Tasks, and Zapier. Available connections depend on your device and plan.

Is TimeFinder a good fit for ADHD?

TimeFinder grew out of the founder’s own experience with ADHD. Visual time blocks, direct drag and drop, and a Focus timer make the steps from planning to doing concrete. People also use it for work, studying, family routines, and everyday planning.
